Domestic Shipping Policy (Singapore)

Shipment processing times

The gifts will be ready in 3-4 days.

Customers may choose to self-collect their orders or opt for delivery.

Delivery for orders above $120 is free

Customers may check the available delivery date or self-collection slot and choose the preferred date upon check out.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays unless stated.

FOR GIFT ITEMS : WE WILL UPDATE YOU THE PHOTO OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE AND AFTER THE DELIVERY.

SHIPPING OF SMALL ITEMS BY MAIL (NON-GIFT ITEM, NOT FOR CUPCAKE-LOOKS GIFT)

All Orders are processed within 2-6 business days.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Should the delivery is unsuccessful due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the buyer, it will be marked as FAILED delivery WITHOUT REFUND. If customers wish to re-activate the delivery, there will be a redelivery fee of $20

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Should the delivery is unsuccessful due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the buyer, it will be marked as FAILED delivery WITHOUT REFUND. If customers wish to re-activate the delivery, there will be a redelivery fee of $20

  • Shipping method: IN-HOUSE Courrier (To avoid dent or package damage issue)
    Shipment cost: Free on SATURDAY AND THURSDAY FOR ORDERS ABOVE SGD $120. HOWEVER for orders below $120, Delivery fee is $12.90
    DELIVERY TIMING CANNOT be fixed. Should you have appointment on the day, kindly choose FIXED TIMING DELIVERY OPTION (+$35)
  • Shipping method: Qxpress (SINGAPORE) **NOT FOR GIFT ITEMS, NOT FOR PRODUCTS IN ALL FORM OF GIFT ITEM** WE WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE / DENT DURING DELIVERY FOR THIS OPTION**
    Shipment cost: SGD $4.99
    Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping method: Fixed Timing Before 12 PM 
    Shipment cost: SGD $35

Kindly take note, Delivery delays can occasionally occur. But we will do our best.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Confirmation Message / Email before Your Order is shipped. For mail shipment, message will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Le Petit Pumpkin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Le Petit Pumpkin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by mail. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
