At Le Petit Pumpkin, every order is carefully prepared and checked before dispatch. As many of our products are personalised or made to order, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations simply because customers have changed their minds, selected the wrong item, or no longer require their purchase.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Orders: If you have accidentally placed and paid for the same order more than once, we will refund the duplicate payment.
• Product Unavailability: If an unforeseen issue on our end prevents us from fulfilling or delivering your order, and no suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind or incorrect order selection.
• Personalised or customised items once production has commenced.
• Minor variations in colour, finish or appearance resulting from screen settings or the nature of the production process.
• Minor imperfections that do not affect the product’s intended use.
• Incorrect personalisation details supplied or approved by the customer.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
